When a fuel tanker falls over and spills petrol, ignorant residents dare the unforeseen by going to scoop from the spillage

It is always so sad to see how people, out of foolishness and stupidityy never learn from past events.

Somewhere in Ibafo area of Ogun State, a group of residents were seen scooping perol that had spilled on the ground from a tanker vehicle which crashed and summersaulted.

Imagine what can happen to these residents if a spark goes off causing an explosion...
