The woman whose identity is not yet certain, was spotted at the 16th annual Metro FM Awards held yesterday night February, 25th in Durban, South Africa.
She was seen on the red carpet posing for her cameras as she caught attention with her weird dress.
Social media users have since reacted to the photo with many condemning the woman's brazen act.
