A concerned Nigerian has designed a satirical meme to mock President Muhammadu Buhari's protracted stay in London, United Kingdom on a medical vacation.

A poster hilariously expressing Buhari's interest in the public post of the 'Mayor of London' has been publicized on social media. It reads "Vote Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, the Mayor of London'.

President Buhari is certainly not contesting for such a position in Europe but the picture aimed at hilarity has served its purpose of frowning at Buhari's protracted stay in London despite his campaign promise of halting the spate medical tourism in Nigeria.

Medical tourism by Nigerians according to an October, 2016 report gulps a whooping sum of $1 billion yearly.
