Omg: See the Door-to-Door Salesman Who S*xually Assaulted Woman in Her Own Home

 

John Adams, a 63-year-old door-to-door salesman s*xually assaulted a woman in her own home.

 

According to Metro UK, John Adams promised his victim he could save her money on her energy bills and convinced her to invite him inside while trying to sell her a new energy deal.

 

But when he got her chatting to call centre staff on the phone to set up the new deal Adams pounced without warning and s*xually assaulted the woman.

 

Terrified, the victim shouted at him to leave her alone and alerted another person who was in another room.

 

He was thrown out of the house in Swanley, Kent, but returned a short while later to collect his mobile phone which he had left behind on November 25 2015.

 

Maidstone Crown Court heard that Adams had denied the allegation during a police interview when he was arrested the next day and claimed he had been forced out of the property during a dispute over the energy deal.

 

On Friday he was jailed for two years for sexual assault following a trial and was also handed an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.

 

Following the conviction Kent Police said the door salesman had abused a position of trust in the ‘worst possible way’.

 

Detective Constable Natalie Collin of Kent Police’s Public Protection Unit said: ‘Adams gained the trust of his victim after knocking on her door and persuading her she could save money on her energy bills.
