A racist thug is being made to pay for his unbelievably criminal act after he was found out to have made a pregnant woman lose her babies.

According to a report by The Sun UK, a Judge today slammed a “shabby racist thug” who kicked a pregnant Muslim woman in the stomach causing her to lose unborn twins she didn’t know she was having until she miscarried.

The attacker, David Gallacher, a 37-year-old, has been jailed for almost four years after admitting two counts of racially-aggravated assault after attacking the mum-to-be and her husband as they walked close to a mosque.

Sentencing him today, Judge Francis Sheridan told Gallacher: “You are a thug and a racist to boot.

“It is time you learnt that your vile conduct and abhorrent views are a thing of the past.

“This county will not bow to the views of racists, because decent society demands that intolerance is shown to all racists of any sort, however they chose to express their hatred of others, or dislike of others and the abuse that goes with it.”

The Sun Uk reports that Gallacher also admitted three counts of assaulting a police officer after spitting at cops and trying to bite them, telling them he had hepatitis B, as he was arrested.

The court heard Gallacher launched a vile verbal attack on Samsam Haji-Ali, then 34, at the Co-op on Water Eaton Road, Bletchley, Bucks.

When she asked why he was staring at her, Gallacher shouted: “You come here with your clown outfit on, you f****** people, you are the f****** problem in this place.”

He then attacked her in the car park, repeatedly kicked her in the stomach despite her telling him she was pregnant, leaving her rolling on the ground in agony.

When her husband Abdullah Sulamain tried to calm him down, Gallacher smashed him over the head with a wine bottle and a bag of ice, leaving him needing stitches.

Somali mum-of-four Mrs Haji-Ali was forced to flee her home in fear as a result of the assault on August 6 last year.

She did not know she was expecting twins until medics told her she had lost them on August 24, two weeks after the assault.

Her 40-year-old husband has had to give up his job as a taxi driver to stay home and reassure his traumatised wife.

In sentencing, Judge Sheridan slammed Gallacher as a “thug and a racist”.

He told the court: “(He) swung the bottle towards her before he kicked her. She told him she was pregnant, and he continued to kick her again, after he was told she was pregnant.

“This lady’s pregnancy was absolutely fine before she attended that shop and the defendant kicked her again in the stomach having been told she was pregnant.

“There was a racial element to this attack. The defendant is a shabby racist on the language that he used towards this lady.”

Prosecutor Christopher Wing said Mrs Haji-Ali’s miscarriage could not be medically proven to be a result of the attack.

But Judge Sheridan said he was of the view that “the loss of that baby was a direct result of a kick to the stomach of a pregnant woman”.

He added that he had not awarded compensation because he “simply could not put a price on the lost baby”.

Gallacher was jailed for three years and seven months for the race attacks, and four months for the officer assaults, to run concurrently.
