Shocker: Police Officers Strip Woman N*ked to Give Her Full Body Search Inside Car Park (Photos)

 

Charneisha Corley, a 23-year-old woman was strip-searched for 11 minutes in a car park by police officers after she was pulled over for a minor traffic violation. 

 

According to Metro UK, Corley was pulled over around 10.30pm on June 20, 2015 in Texas and was searched after two Harris County Deputies detected the smell of marijuana.

 

After finding nothing in Corley’s clothing, the deputies, one white male and one black female, then proceeded to stripping Corley n*ked and performing a full body cavity search.

 

Now, a lawyer for the 23-year-old, from Houston, has released dashcam images of the 2015 arrest and shocking cavity search.

 

 

According to lawyer Sam Cammack, one of the officers was caught on dashcam footage talking to a passenger who was already in custody in the police car and was heard saying : ‘Oh we are going to find something, even if we have to put our hands on her.’

 

The deputies then ‘stuck [their] head underneath the vehicle and completely pulled her pants off, leaving her naked and exposed in that Texaco parking lot’, Mr Cammack said.

 

After performing the search, which included a search of Corley’s vagina, they said they found half a gram of marijuana on her person, but all charges against her were later dropped.

 

The deputies, Ronaldine Pierre, 34, and William Strong, 37, were subsequently charged last summer with a misdemeanor charge of official oppression but charges were dropped on the day the case was supposed to go to trial.

 

 

The case was re-presented to a grand jury with new evidence that had not been publicly revealed.

 

Natasha Sinclair Harris County Prosecutor told Fox 26 that the public cavity search ‘should not have happened’.

 

 

 

Mr Cammack is now calling for an independent prosecutor in the case.
