23-year-old English fashion model, Cara Delevingne, who shot to fame as a model in her late teens, is the star of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté's Rouge Pur Couture lipstick - and goes completely naked save for a blazer in the new campaign shoot.

Wearing just a slick of the bold hued lipstick she's promoting and a black tailored blazer, British star Cara reclines on a leather sofa in the nude. The lipstick is described by the brand as a 'powerful statement; minimalist, edgy and forever stylish' and the brand hail their woman 'audacious, free-spirited and empowered' - much like their campaign star.

The new campaign, which was shot by Craig McDean, will be released in the UK on September 23
