Shame! 38-year-old Man Caught Having S*x with 7-year-old Girl in His House

 

A 38-year-old man by name Chidiebere John has been caught by neighbours in Ibeji Lekki area of Lagos state having s*x with a 7-year old girl in Lagos. The incident happened in the man's house along Palace Street in the area.

 

According to PM Express, the suspect lured the victim into his apartment, locked his door from inside and pulled her pant before he r*ped her.

However, the act was exposed after one of the neighbours sensed what was happening and raised alarm that attracted other neighbours and the suspects was forced to open his door.

 

He was handed over to the police who charged him to a Lagos court with defilement under the Criminal Code. The suspect was charged before Ikeja Magistrates court with the alleged offence and he pleaded not guilty.

 

The presiding Magistrates, Mrs B.O.Osunsanmi granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum. The suspect was remanded in prison custody pending when he will fulfill his bail condition. The matter was adjourned till 20 November 2017.

 

When the suspect was contacted, he said he had not come to terms on what was happening in his life and could not believe that he would do such a thing.He said he will try his possible best to resolve the matter with the victim’s family and bring the matter out of court settlement.
