Rev. Edet Who Resigned As Catholic Priest Marries His Wife In Colourful Wedding Ceremony (Photos)

 

 

TORI News reported on Friday that a Catholic Priest, Rev. Patrick Henry Edet, who is widely known for his weekly Christian programme entitled: “Grace and Inspiration,” on radio in Akwa Ibom State, and announced his resignation as a Priest, married his beautiful wife traditionally in the state.

 

The popular Uyo-based priest and radio preacher, who had addressed his radio audience on Planet 101.1FM, Uyo, and said then that “his resignation marked the beginning of ‘freedom’ for his spirit and soul”.

 

He had said: “From today henceforth, I cease to be a Catholic priest, in my spirit and in my soul. I forgive those who will criticise me, I live for God. I seek freedom for my soul. As I leave, I leave smiling. I am so happy that I am free.”

 

 

Meanwhile, photos have emerged online showing the happy moments the former priest who resigned from Catholic church on Saturday, March 17, 2018, tied the knot with his beautiful wife in a colourful wedding ceremony in Church.
