On Tuesday President Muhammadu Buhari was in Calabar for the commissioning of Rice Seedling Factory, Navy Reference Hospital and other major projects which was very successful.
The Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi who accompanied him in the Journey, was photographed sleeping.
It appeared the hardworking politician spent much of the night with his eyes open and needed to make up for the lost time.
