Alawode James-Jumoke who is the co-presenter of 'Your View' show on TV Continental has decried the level of poverty in Nigeria which is in contrast to the prosperity teachings by Christian clerics.

According to Alawode James-Jumoke, it is absurd that the country with the highest number of poor people in the world is also home to the richest pastors.
She also faults the pastors who keep amassing wealth rather than using their considerable popularity to influence government policy that will favour their congregation.
She has been backed by foremost social critic, Daddy Freeze who has been a thorn in the flesh of some pastors in the last two years.
