Again, another container has fallen off a moving truck in Lagos on the Ilasa part of Apapa-Oshodi Expressway.
A container fell of a moving truck on Tuesday morning, October 7, on the Ilasa part of Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, Lagos State.
Lagos has recounted numerous container hazards in the past few weeks which led to the government banning day time movement of heavy trucks and trailers.
