This happened yesterday in Lagos and cccording to an eyewitness who posted it on social media.
He wrote, "I saw this on my way home from work yesterday. It happened at about 6pm around ijora. The 3 policemen lifted the poor man and were beating him up. They didn't mind to be seen in uniform doing such a barbaric thing".
