International Criminal court, ICC, on Monday invited President Muhammadu Buhari to address it and share his thoughts on impunity, war crimes, crimes against humanity, cases of genocide and possible ways to prevent them.
In a statement disclosed in Abuja by the special Adviser to Mr President, Femi Adesina said that Buhari is the only president invited to grace the occasion. President Buhari this morning delivered his keynote address successfully at Hague, Netherlands.
It would be recalled that the ICC was marking its 20th anniversary of the adoption of the ICC Rome Statute.
