An American mother has been arrested for prosecution by the police after neighbours reported she was physically abusing her child for an offensive action.
Danielle Whipple, a 24 year old single mother was arrested for beating her child who flushed their rent money, $720, down the toilet purposely because the mother refused to watch the television.
The woman's neighbours reported to the police because they heard the child crying and heard the sound of smacking. When police arrived at the scene, they found Whipple' child, whose gender and age has not been released, with a black eye, a bleeding nose and a red handprint on the face.
