It's not clear that the national party leader of ruling All Progressives Congress, President Muhammadu Buhari has been informed of the political losses of his party as he was pictured in high spirits.

President Muhammadu Buhari was pictured at the signing of the Bilateral Agreement for the construction of Hydrocarbon Pipeline from the Republic of Niger to Nigeria and a new oil refinery.
He was there with the Minister of State of Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu in a successful meeting his Nigerien counterparts, President Mahamadou Issoufou and his cabinet member.
The seeming mood of President Buhari is not reflective of the diminishing fortunes of his party at the national assembly where it lost 15 senators and 37 House of Representatives members to the Peoples' Democratic Party and the newly formed African Democratic Congress, ADC.
