Luck has ran out on a notorious thief after he snatched a bus in Anambra state and tried to escape before he was apprehended.
The suspected thief
A suspected armed robber was given the beating of his life yesterday after he was apprehended in Obosi area of Anambra state by some vigilante members.
It was gathered that the suspect who hails from Ebonyi state allegedly snatched a mini bus from his victim along Mike Ajegbo road, Obosi and was heading towards Akuora when he met his Waterloo at a inn where he accidentally hit a stationed truck.
In a bid to escape, he tried to hijack another vehicle at gunpoint but unfortunately for him, two gallant OYV members nearby apprehended him.
He has since been handed over to security operatives for prosecution.
