Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger clash because 'two pluses doesn't make a plus', Arsenal goalkeeper, Petr Cech reveals it all!

Arsenal goalkeeper, Petr Cech who knows all about the rivalry between Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger, believes the pair do not see eye-to-eye because of their similar management styles and desire to win.
The Czech Republic international who has played for both managers has come up with a theory as to why his former and current manager have been embroiled in numerous public spats.
Speaking to Sport magazine, when asked why Mourinho and Wenger clash, Cech, said, "It’s more a question for them. But, yes, sometimes two pluses doesn’t make a plus.
"The similarity is that everybody wants to win. If you ask Jose Mourinho or Arsene Wenger if they want to win everything: yes they do. You can see they don’t like losing games, and I think this is something you need to have in you if you want to be successful."
The 33-year-old has urged his Arsenal team-mates to replicate Chelsea's ability to win games when 'it's not going your way'.
"You need to make sure you do the basics right in every game. At Chelsea we had games where we know it was not going our way, but we managed to get the most out of it, which was a great skill to have.
"Sometimes you need to stick to the basics and forget about playing the way you want when it’s not going your way. It’s about adapting to the situation better."
