A woman was shocked to see her convict boyfriend having a carnal knowledge of her daughter in her home on her arrival from work which led to a bloody physical confrontation.

A heavily tattooed convict has been charged with raping his fiancée's 12-year-old daughter as he babysat while out on parole, it was reported.
Shalin Ren Payne, 29, allegedly chased the youngster through the house and broke down a bathroom door as she tried to hide from him. He is then accused of pinning her down, choking her and raping her as her four-year-old brother watched helplessly, the Times Herald reported.
The children's horrified mother returned from work on Monday to find the inked and pierced felon on top of her daughter. The woman is believed to have smashed a glass dish over his head before he allegedly turned on her and assaulted her.
Payne fled the home, in Sharpsburg, Georgia, wearing just a t-shirt, the Daily News reported. He was arrested a short time later and charged with rape, sexual battery, aggravated sodomy and aggravated assault.
The little girl was taken to two hospitals to be treated due to the severe nature of the injuries inflicted on her by the alleged rapist.
