Photos have emerged online showing the crowd of lawmakers, National Assembly staff and journalists who were prevented from entering the NASS complex by the DSS.

reported earlier today that some armed and masked officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) blocked access into the National Assembly complex, and prevented staff, legislators and journalists from entering the complex.
Senators Ben Murray Bruce, have taken to his Twitter page to share photos from the National Assembly gate where a crowd of staff as well as lawmakers were awaiting to enter their offices when the DSS unblock their gate.
The senator who shared the photos wrote: "I am currently at the @nassnigeria where Sen. Akpabio and the gang are orchestrating to break the laws of Nigeria, with the backing of the security forces. I call on the @USEmbassyAbuja @ngBritish @CanHCNigeria to immediately revoke their visas & that of their family members."
