A Nigerian soldier at the theatre of war has been murdered in battle in the almost 10-year guerrilla warfare with Boko Haram.

The death of Mustapha Hadji is presently being mourned on social media.
According to reports, he died in Borno State specifically in Sambisa Forest while combating the Boko Haram terrorists.
A friend of his took to Facebook to make the heart-wrenching announcement. Most commenters described him as a very goodlooking young man.
'I wish to announce the sudden death of a friend and a brother "Mustapha Hadji" who lost his life in Sambisa Forest while protecting the lives and property of Nigerians. Allah ya jiqansa da gafara. Allah kuma yasa Aljannace makomarsa' he said.
