Some criminals who concealed cannabis worth millions of naira have been arrested in Kano state by security operatives.

Men of the Nigeria police in Kano have successfully intercepted 189 parcels of Indian hemp worth N6.6 million concealed inside palm kernel.
According the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Magaji Majiya, the parcels were intercepted on September 22, after a tip-off and raid conducted at Tudun Wazirchi and Badawa Quarters Kano.
He added that the Indian hemp was concealed inside palm kernel shells to hide its odour.
