A Nigerian woman has been left seriously brutalised and wounded by her husband who allegedly flogged her with machete after a heated quarrel some days ago.
The woman whose name is hidden has been left in a state of unbearable pain both emotionally and physically.
According to pictures released by Due Process Advocates, a group fighting against domestic violence, the woman's body was left with massive marks on her bum, hands and all over her body.
Due Process Advocates says it will initiate a legal suit against the alleged abusive husband and possible prosecution by the police as she shared pictures of her body after the assault.
It was also alleged that this is not the first time the husband is maltreating and assaulting his wife.
