Governor Ambode has met with Babajide Sanwo-Olu as well as Tinubu and Fashola during the APC national convention.

Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, the Lagos State governor might have described Babajide Sanwo-Olu to whom he lost the Lagos State governorship primaries as unfit for the office of the governor last week.
But, according to The Guardian, when the two men met their political benefactor Bola Tinubu at the national convention of the APC Saturday night, it was all hugs and smiles
Photos from the convention also Ambode in a good mood with his predecessor Babatunde Fashola. A source once told The Guardian that both men did not have a chummy relationship owing to Fashola’s preference for another person to succeed him.
The National Convention, at the Eagle Square, Abuja, was for the affirmation of President Muhammadu Buhari as the presidential candidate of the party for the 2019 election.
