Guinea Bissau Coach Collapses, Lands In Hospital After Winning AFCON Qualifying Match

There was pandemonium after Guinea Bissau coach, Baciro Cande collapsed after a shock 2-1 win against Zambia yesterday in the African Cup of Nations qualifying match.
 
It was gathered that the coach who didn't expect the victory on their home turf - became emotional after the win before collapsing at the final whistle.
 
The coach was rushed to the hospital by medics at the stadium but is said to be in a stable condition.
 
 
The Zambian team who are now at the base of the Group K, will have to win their two remaining games to book a slot at the Cameroon AFCON games.
 
Meanwhile, Zambia coach Sven Vandenbroek admitted that the loss to Guinea-Bissau had put Zambia’s chances of qualifying to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AfCON) into jeopardy.
