Residents of Port Harcourt in Rivers state were thrown into a state of commotion after they woke up to discover the body of a young man killed and tied up in a sack.

There was apprehension in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital after a corpse of a middle-aged man, was, today, discovered inside a gutter.
It was gathered that the yet-to-be-identified man was killed and tied up inside a sack which was dumped inside in a gutter, off Timothy lane, Rumuola, Port-Harcourt.
Efforts are being made to evacuate the corpse. The incident has left many people in a state of shock.
