A petrol tanker caught fire in Ogun state today leading to the massive destruction of a human life as well as several properties worth millions of Naira.

A man was burnt to death after a tanker filled with petrol exploded at Owode-Ijako area of Ogun state this morning, Saturday the 17th of October.
Several cars and houses were also reportedly burnt in the inferno.
Men of the Fire Service Department as well as the police are on ground to contain the situation.
Security operatives are currently trying to measure the level of damage and investigate the cause of the mishap.
