A social media user has shared scary photos of a massive reptile which was killed in his house with the aid of a trap.

This alligator which was caught in a trap set at a backyard in the Nigerian neighbourhood is set to end up in a pot of soup.
Most top commenters on social media believe a neighbourhood with such a dangerous animal isn't safe as more reptiles like snakes could be hibernating around the vicinity.
"I know they don't kill or eat pet. but my brothers and sisters... with this alligator .. everywhere stew," the social media user captioned the pictures.
