One militia member has lost his life with others fleeing after a brutal gun battle with Nigerian soldiers in Benue state.

Another success in the fight against crime has been recorded by the Nigerian army.
Troops of 707 Special Forces Brigade Makurdi, operating along Katsina Ala -Zaki Biam general areas in Benue state, engaged some militias on 26 November 2018.
One militia member was neutralised while others fled with gunshot wounds.
Items recovered include locally made weapons and ammunition.
