The body of a young Nigerian man has been recovered after he was brutally murdered by cultists in Bayelsa.
The victim
A young man has lost his life after he was shot dead by gunmen at Azikora area of Yenagoa, Bayelsa state capital.
The deceased was gunned down by suspected cultists who attacked him and shot him at his residence.
He was left in the pool of his blood and passed away before help could come.
The death has caused panic among the residents of the area who are calling on security agents to come to their aid.
This latest incident is coming after a policeman and three civilians have been killed in Bayelsa State following a cult clash in the state.
It was gathered that the policeman allegedly ran into cultists at Tombia area of the state capital, who were on the rampage over the reported arrest of one of their leaders, a member of the Icelanders cult group.
