The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday, reportedly detained Doyin Okupe, the Media Adviser to the Director General of PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation.
A Tweet by Kola Ologbondiyan, the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday night read: "Media Adviser to the Director General of PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, @doyinokupe detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes commission."

Prior to his visit to the EFCC headquarters in Abuja, Doyin Okupe had tweeted;
