Wife of President Goodluck Jonathan, Dame Patience, has been discovered to be in Congo, Leadership reports.
The first lady has resurfaced in Congo, where she is attending the 30th anniversary of a non-governmental organization, Congo Assistance Foundation, floated by Madam Antoinette Sassou-Nguesso, Congolese First Lady.
Dame Patience whereabouts has been shrouded in mystery since the now famous loss of her husband in the last presidential election.
But Mr. Ayo Adewuyi, media assistant to Mrs. Jonathan, in a statement in Abuja announced the relocation of the First Lady to Congo, but did not indicate when Mrs. Jonathan arrived Congo or when she is expected back in Nigeria.
