Barack Obama has already tackled one of the hardest jobs in the world as U.S. President, but on Wednesday, he donned the hat of the busiest guy in the world - Santa Claus.

Former US President, Barrack Obama, makes for a decent Santa substitute, as he paid a surprise visit to the Children's National Medical Center in Washington DC, bringing with him a sack of presents for the young patients.
Obama was given a rock star's entrance as he entered the hospital, with his swagger giving way to dance moves as he neared the singing crowd.
The hospital's Instagram page shared some photos from the memorable visit and wrote: "Thank you @BarackObama for making our patients' day so much brighter. Your surprise warmed our hallways and put smiles on everyone's faces."
In another post, the hospital wrote: "Who said the Grinch stole Christmas?! Our patients and their families received a HUGE holiday surprise when @barackobama warmed our hallways with a huge bag of gifts for our patients! Thank you so much for visiting! #Holidaysatchildrens #ObamaAndKids #ObamaClaus."
