A man has been taught a bitter lesson after he tore the campaign poster of an All Progressives Congress candidate in Delta.

A man has been severely dealt with by an All Progressives Congress, APC, House of Representatives candidate for Sapele/Okpe/Uvwie federal constituency, Delta State, Chief Monday Igbuya for tearing his campaign posters few days ago.
According to journalist Sapele Ogehnek, the man tore the campaign posters of the impeached Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly (Monday Igbuya), which were pasted on the streets.
On getting the information on what happened, the lawmaker ordered for the man’s arrest and locked him up in a cell in a bid to teach him a lesson.
The man’s elder brother had to meet the lawmaker and beg on behalf on his arrested sibling before he was granted bail.
Sapele residents have been urged to desist from tearing campaign posters or billboards to avoid getting into trouble.
