Some men in Kuala Lumpur have pulled off a seemingly impossible task by walking barefooted on a bed of burning coals.
The Malaysian ethnic Chinese men has been pictured walking barefooted on a bed of burning coal on the final day of the 'Nine Emperor Gods Festival' at a temple in Kuala Lumpur.
The men reportedly abstained from meat for nine days in order to purify their bodies in preparation for this ritual.
