Appeal Court Ask INEC To Include Rivers APC On Ballot

The APC stands a chance of being included on the ballot ahead of the March governorship election.

Port Harcourt agog as appeal court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has asked INEC to include APC in 2019 ballot for governorship, senatorial, house of representatives and house of assembly elections.
 
The appeal court led by Justice A.A Gumel gave his judgement as the three man appeal panel granted APC and it's governorship candidate Tonye Cole the stay off execution of a federal high court judgement mandating INEC to exclude all APC candidates in February 16th and March 2nd election.
 
This is coming on the heels that APC presidential campaign for women organised by Aisha Buhari will be holding in Port Harcourt on Tuesday 5th February 2019 and APC presidential campaign to land in Port Harcourt on Thursday 7th February.
