A woman accused of stealing a phone and collecting reward without returning the stolen phone has finally opened up on what really happened.
Anuoluwapo Iyanuoluwa Adeyemi aka Oshodi Slay Queen
Anuoluwapo Iyanuoluwa Adeyemi, dubbed “Oshodi slay queen” reportedly arrested for not returning a stolen iPhone despite receiving a N50k reward from the victim has finally broken her silence.
Recall that the supposed victim, one Akinyemi Akin-Afuye had taken to social media to share a photo of Anuoluwapo Iyanuoluwa Adeyemi claiming that she had initially demanded the sum of N100K, and was sent N50K, but still held on the phone despite pleas.
Now, Anuoluwapo has come out to give her own side of the story as she reveals that she was never arrested and she didn’t steal the phone.
She reveals that the ransom she’d asked Akin-Afuye for, was for a friend of hers – who is a runs girl – who he’d slept with and refused to pay.
In Anuoluwapo’s narrative, Karma caught up with Akin-Afuye as he forgot his phone at the club where he was and after Anuoluwapo found it, she decided to use it as collateral for her friend’s bill which Akin had refused to pay before.
She wrote:

I did not steal any iPhone he came to give you bloggers fake news
Let me explain how it happened
Mr akinyemi afuye is a man who regularly comes to pekas club at Allen avenue Ikea
I went there on that night with my friends to celebrate a birthday party
I have a friend who is a runs girl at that pekas named iya Beni
On that fateful night this girl disgraced this so called lawyer or whatsoever that he take her home and did not pay her
The girl started insulting him that he was so much ashamed he had to left the club
He forgot his iphone on the table where he drank
I was coming out to urinate when I saw the iPhone and showed that iya i beji which was my friend
So she said we should not give him yet that God catch him
That unless he pays her money
On the second day we called him to come and pick his iPhone but he will pay a ransome before receiving it
He paid 35k to my account and he came to collect his phone at bolade oshodi 4 days ago
I am not arrested for anything
