A video footage has emerged showing police officers trying to encourage a man who tried to killed himself.
The suicidal man tried to commit suicide by jumping off the Third Mainland bride in Lagos. He was however saved by police officers who then proceeded to encourage him to give life a chance again.
The video was shared on Facebook by Rapid Response Squad.
In their caption they wrote: "The Lagos State Commissioner of Police and the Rapid Response Squad in Lagos State, Olatunji Disu, also counseled him and directed that he be taken to a rehabilitation center through the supervision of his family."
