Following reports that Jussie Smollett reportedly faked the homophobic attack against him, police has taken him into custody.

A mugshot and booking info of Empire actor Jussie Smollett who got arrested today after he turned himself in has been released.
The actor is facing a felony charge for allegedly filing a false police report. His bail hearing will be taking place later today.
Reports say the two brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo told cops that they staged the attack at the orders of Jussie Smollett. A video from a surveillance camera even shows them buying items used in the attack.
