Voters Resort To Writing Names In Karu, Abuja

Some NYSC members who earlier arrived the unit located close CBN Junction, Karu, were driven away in a white bus at around 8.02 a.m.

 
 
Prospective voters at Unit 012 in Karu, Abuja have resorted to writing their names on a long “register” made from a carton.
 
They adopted the strategy after waiting endlessly for electoral officers that will attend to them.
 
Some NYSC members who earlier arrived the unit located close CBN Junction, Karu, were driven away in a white bus at around 8.02 a.m.
 
Security men, as well as local observers, are however on the ground, monitoring those on the long queue.
