Landslide: Buhari Wins Own Polling Unit

President Muhammadu Buhari technically mauled Atiku Abubakar at his polling unit in Daura, Katsina State.

President Muhammadu Buhari has defeated the presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar at the Sarkin Yara Ward A, Kofa Baru polling unit (03), Gidan Niyam in Daura local government area of Katsina state, according to DailyTrust.
 
Presiding officer, a corp member, Aliyu Abdullahi announced that Buhari polled 523 votes, while Atiku got 3.
 
In 2015, Buhari who is seeking a second term, polled 499 at his polling unit, while former president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan got zero.
 
In other news, the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC has emerged victorious in the ward of its national leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
