The court case between D'banj and Henry Ojogho over an alleged N60m loan has been postponed till September 2015 as the trial judge is currently in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State attending to Election Petition matters.

Nigerian entertainer, D'banj, got a temporary reprieve in the case involving him and an alleged N60 million debt mess as the second hearing in the on-going case instituted by Henry Ojogho, did not hold.

The case was scheduled for hearing on Thursday, May 7, 2015 but following the absence of the trial judge, Justice Adedayo Oyebanji, it did not hold.

Justice Oyebanji is presently in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State as head of Election Petition Tribunal in that state.

The suit has been adjourned to September 28, 2015.

It would be recalled that Ojogho, who is the Vice Chairman of Broron Group and MindHub Technologies, dragged D'banj, real name Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, to court over a loan of over N60m obtained through the singer's company, DKM Media Limited back in January 2013 and for which he has allegedly refused to pay.
