In what will come across as a really shocking development, Ebiere Asu, a 2018 English and Communication graduate of the Federal University, Otuoke, has died.
Local reports show that the young woman took her own life on Tuesday, February, 26, 2018.
It is reported that her friends revealed that Ebiere took her own life after battling depression.
Ebiere, who was meant to proceed on her NYSC in March, allegedly locked herself up in the toilet and refused to come out for some time.
When the door was forced open some time later, she was found dead.
Her friends have mourned her online. One Orile Fabour wrote: "Depression is real...RIP Nicole Ebiere Asu
