Nigerian actress, Monalisa Chinda has broken her silence after a court ordered her arrest in Lagos.

Following a court ordered issued against her, Nollywood Actress, Monalisa Chinda has reacted.
It was gathered that the bench warrant was issued after she evaded tax payment. The warrant was issued by a Lagos High Court in Igbosere.
The order was made by Justice Adedayo Akintoye following an application by the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, alleging that Monalisa Chinda had repeatedly failed to honor a court summons.
Monalisa Chinda is facing a two-count charge of a 6-year failure to file annual tax returns and failure to pay income tax in respect of her company, Monalisa Code Productions which runs in Lekki.
Reacting to the news, Monalisa Chinda shared a video showing her dancing.
She captioned it: “Don’t be afraid if you come into fiery trials, for gold is purified in the fire. The fire will not consume you, nor the waters overwhelm you. (1 Peter 1:6-7; Isaiah 43:2).” Some minutes after, she also wrote; ”Please don’t shy away from challenges because they will always come; instead take them head on! That’s the best way to grow!!!
