Doctors in China were shocked by the presence of a metallic object in the bladder of a patient without an reasonable explanation of its means of entry.

A man shocked doctors after turning up at a hospital with a metal wire stuck in his bladder.
According to reports, the shamefaced 25-year-old refused to tell medics how the foreign object ended up where it did but it is thought the wire was inserted into his penis before getting trapped between his urethra and bladder.

X-rays clearly show the metal coil wedged in the man’s pelvic area and footage. This happened in Nanchang, China on Tuesday and below are the stumped doctors trying to work how to remove the mysterious wire.
It is understood that the man will undergo surgery to remove the coil.
