A man was seen at Oniru bus stop on Ozumba Mbadiwe, VI, Lagos, defecating. After he was done, he wiped his anus with paper and boarded a bus.
This on a normal day could attract a punishment by the officials of the Kick Against Indiscipline, KAI. in the state.
