A woman who survived a near-death experience has told police how her husband savagely hit her into coma.
Fiona Parry
A mum-of-six battered in the street as she walked her children to school has spoken of how she was brought back to life twice by doctors fighting to save her after an alleged attack by her husband.
Fiona Parry, 43, was brutally attacked in Caernarfon in front of her terrified youngsters, who were on their way back to school on the first day of term.
“I had died twice. But I have children. My kids are my life. It’s my children who come first. After all I have six kids and I wanted them back in my arms. I wanted to be back with them. My kids were missing me. I just want to enjoy life with my kids one hundred per cent. I’ve missed them. Honest to God you wouldn’t believe how much. To be home with them would be the best Christmas present ever,” sh told Daily mail.

She spent four weeks in a coma, and has only recently recovered enough to talk of her ordeal and the long road back to recovery.
The attack happened on a lane at Cefn Cadnant between Ffordd Llanberis and Maesincla, Caernarfon and was witnessed by children walking to the nearby Ysgol Maesincla primary school and Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen secondary.
Mrs Parry’s husband was arrested in connection with the assault and appeared in court charged with attempted murder.
Sylvan Parry, 46, of Ffordd Cibyn, Caernarfon, gave no indication of a plea at his last hearing at Mold Crown Court and will enter a plea on November 11.
