Teen mom star Farrah Abraham allowed the cameras to roll as she went under the knife for her third breast augmentation.
The cameras went along with Farrah into the theatre where her doctor increased the size of her implants from 650CC to 800CC.
This will be the third breast augmentation procedure for the mother of one.
