180 Stranded Nigerians Return From Libya

The Returnees arrived Nigeria around 9:10 pm aboard Al- Buraq Air with flight number UZ 189 - 190 and registration number 5A-DMG.

No fewer than 180 stranded Nigerians from Libya have arrived the country via the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Lagos.
 
The Returnees, according to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) comprised 82 female adults, two female children and 11 female infants.
 
For the male returnees, there were 79 adults; one male child and five male infants.
 
The Returnees arrived Nigeria around 9:10 pm aboard Al- Buraq Air with flight number UZ 189 – 190 and registration number 5A-DMG.
 
It departed MJI Airport Tripoli, Libya and landed at MMIA Cargo Wing in Lagos.
 
The Coordinator, NEMA’s Lagos Territorial Office, Alhaji Idris Muhammed, who received the returnees alongside other officials of the Federal Government and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) which facilitated their return enjoined them to transform their bitter experiences in positive ways.
