A young man who broke into a church in the Niger Delta part of Nigeria had himself to blame after being caught in the line of his criminal duty.

The alleged thief was caught redhanded after he broke into a local church and stole an amplifier.
The incident took place earlier today at mbaino camp area of Oyigbo lga, Rivers State.
"I was oppoturned to be at the scene were he was caught so I decided to video and take pictures of him to post online," an eye witness said.
He was slightly beaten and manhandled by an angry mob who were furious about his action.
